Pricing:
Overnight Investigation:
$425 for the first 5 investigators and then $25 more per extra person after the first 5. A $100 Deposit will need to be paid after confirming date. This will be done through email. 
**The deposit will be due as soon as you receive your confirmation email from the Manor.** 

The deposit is refundable up until 10 days prior to the date of booked investigation.
Deposit is nonrefundable within 10 days of booked date but you may contact us to see about moving that deposit to a different date.

1 Hour Guided Tour:  
$10 per person
**TOURS WILL BE ON Thursday through Sundays FROM NOON UNTIL 3:00 PM.
